1) The ones they leave up predominately focus on TSI members complaining about their overage charges or being billed after sending notice or trying to cancel in person. Just removed them, and only two of them had the courtesy of 'removed for violations.' None of them show up under 'about me' although some years back they used to show even the removed under your private 'about me.' The point is that I believe there are two things wrong. They did not even consider my reviews for that category. Nowadays you can only view these 'unrated reviews' on your computer, not android phone (at least not mine). The 'unrated' category is for reviews that for some reason will not be weighed in with the rest of the reviews. They removed three of my reviews without even considering placing them in the 'unrated' category. We are extremely new and can barely afford rent and other utilities to stay in business, this was explained to the representative prior to him placing the debit card on file. My only goal was to register my small business online so that others would simply know that we existed. I was mislead under false pretenses when originally signing on with Yelp. They refused to give me a refund due to the fact that I had given the yelp representative my debit card information. I made them aware that the charges were unauthorized. When I contacted Yelp about the issue they were non compliant.

He never contacted me back, and my account went into the negative at the bank when the card was charged. He said we would not be charged and that he would personally contact me back in a few days to see if we wanted to proceed with the add. I let the salesman know that I could not afford to do any advertising because we are a new business and did not have any extra money to spare. The advertisement was a free promotional and in order to create the account they would need my credit card to be placed on file.
